Understand your completion score

Your completion score measures how complete your Fred profile is. It ranges from 0 to 100 and affects the quality of opportunities Fred can suggest.

How is it calculated?

The score uses four criteria worth 25 points each:

Criterion	Requirement
Title	Completed
Skills	At least two skills
Daily rate	Amount greater than 0
Location	City provided

A complete profile helps Fred target opportunities, present you clearly to recruiters, provide better recommendations, and unlock badges.
