Sign in / Forgot your password

This guide explains how to access your Fred account and recover it if you forget your password.

Sign in​

Two methods are available:

Email and password​

  1. Open the Fred sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

LinkedIn​

  1. Click Continue with LinkedIn.
  2. Authorise Fred to access your LinkedIn account.
  3. You are redirected to your workspace.

Forgot your password​

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Open the password-reset email.
  4. Choose a new password.

⚠️ The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
